The Josephian Family gathered in heartfelt remembrance of all the beloved souls who have journeyed before us. These remarkable individuals: our loved ones, mentors, and protectors, left a legacy of love, strength, and wisdom that continues to shape our lives and our College community. Though they now rest in the presence of the Lord, their memories remain deeply woven into our hearts. In a special way, we remembered: Most Rev. Dr. Nicholas Marcus Fernando and Most Rev. Dr. Oswald Gomis, Archbishop Emeriti, and Very Rev. Fr. Stanley Abeysekara - visionaries who established the branch of St. Joseph’s College, Colombo 10 in Enderamulla, creating a foundation of faith and learning for generations to come. Mr. Wilfred Seneviratne and Mrs. Esther Seneviratne, whose generous gift of land provided the foundation for our college, allowing countless Josephians to grow in faith, knowledge, and character. We honour these souls and all who walked before us, knowing they will never be forgotten.♥️ Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace.
